Fix instructions and their scrolling or remove them altogether #49

Fix the turn-by-turn instructions of remove them completely. This makes no sense:

There are too few instructions, suggested fix is to show all the instructions and fix the backend instruction generation by removing the customized code for the node and cycle networks.
