Big version update #24

The most important changes are:

Add structured request logging, apart from the debug logs. This is the main reason to deploy this version
Cleanup of the journeyController (split big method into parts)
Version update of underlying Itinero.Transit
Inclusion of OsmTransferGenerator, which has been stripped out from core Itinero.Transit

Misc changes:

Removal of docker deploy script
Renamed 'MicroservicesTest' into 'Itinero.Transit.API.Tests.Functional', removed the old, defunct functional test project
