SYSLGEN: Generate SWIFT Rest Client

What is says, generate swift rest client that supports the following

• [ ] Decode JSON response to declared return types
• [ ] Encode JSON for POST
• [ ] Support Required and Optional variables in path, query and header
• [ ] Support for HTTP methods (PUT, POST, GET, DELETE)
• [ ] custom json keys
• [ ] Handle json serialization and deserialization in separate dispatch queue (for ios).
• [ ] Do we need to handle Timeouts, Certificate pinning,
• [ ] Depend on libraries like Alamofire or just pure URLSession/Foundation
