Please don't open empty issues. If this is a proposal to change the spec, please expand on it. But for transfer requests, this behavior is intentionally left up to wallets -- the protocol doesn't care how the token account gets there, and it should probably exist already. If you do want to create it, you can do this with transaction requests!
