Summary of Changes

1) Create and deploy validator services 2) update startup scripts to handle agave-validator and solana-validator 3) add ability to skip download release channel if you already have your desired release channel downloaded

Validators deploy and talk to each other. Bootstrap shows validators connected via gossip and validators all caught up with stake activating
