Update ruRU.lua #11

First. I already wrote that I will translate to ruRU - https://github.com/anzz1/TacoTip/issues/10#issuecomment-1304546466. And I already translated, but there are some questions - https://github.com/anzz1/TacoTip/issues/10#issuecomment-1304832836. Second. This translation is not full and wrong in some strings and with many of misprints.
