update deDE spacs #12

I converted the translations to binary decimal notation and pushed to master https://github.com/anzz1/TacoTip/commit/54f25cd9d8c27a4683002039b437bf77cbfc45f7

Can you confirm that everything works in deDE client on your end?

The translated specs have been added with release 0.3.1 (LibClassicInspector version 5)

If you like to help with future translations, you can comment something in https://github.com/anzz1/TacoTip/issues/10 As it seems I can't currently "find" you in the issue to make you an assignee.
