SNS の最新投稿をトップページに埋め込む #98

Resolves #84

Instagram のウィジェットの作成にはサーバーサイドの実装が必要になり，CSS の準備も必要で時間がかかるため今回は行わない． サーバーレスで実装できそう．参考: https://arts-factory.net/insta_api/

@aocsj/secretariat SNS の更新をウェブサイトのトップページに表示するようにしようとしています．プレビューを見ていただいて，デザインなどご意見ありましたら教えていただければと思います．特にご意見ないようでしたらそのまま反映します． Instagram は難易度がちょっと高いのですぐには作れないので，また次の機会に実装します． プレビュー: https://deploy-preview-98--aocsj.netlify.app
