Cobble Stone Generator #17

This is a simple machine that adds a cobble stone generator to my mod. It will use 2 liquid inventories to produce cobble stone.

I've changed my mind on how this will work. The recipe will have both a lava bucket and an Item bucket. This block will simple passively generate cobble stone. It will also be the second block that implements my inventory system but for outputs only.

Alright I create a cobblestone generator. I've decided to not make a ui for now because it doesn't really need one.
