Update Render 3 - Add a basic camera #4

I need to add in a basic camera system for the game. I just going to be a basic first person camera. This won't take to long to implement. It will allow me to look around the map easier and have to added ability to move around plus it will manage the view and projection matrix.

I got the camera working. I would upload a video of the cameras action, however, github doesn't support video :(. Oh well I'll figure out if there is a way to show video by linking to it on youtube. This might be a very good suggestion of making github better. Oh well it got the camera working and it works pretty well :D
