Some releases are not visible even when logged in as an admin #353

Steps to reproduce

Go to the animal tracking web app and log in as an admin. Then go to the animal release page. In the 'Tag ID' field type A69-1601-9051.

What happens

Whether you click on the only item in the drop down list or hit tab, the release for this tag is not visible.

What should happen

When logged in as an admin, everything should be visible.

Annoyingly when doing the exact same steps in the dev-instance web app (same version) this release is visible, and the db content on dev is up to date as the latest backup was restored on Tuesday evening. I've only noticed this behaviour for this particular tag (which is embargoed until 30/11/2016) however I suspect some other releases may not be visible. Note that I was able to see the release for another embargoed tag (A69-9002-1349)

Might have been because the dev and prod db were out of sync, closing this issue for now.
