Steps to reproduce
Log in and go into the admin section
Find a Layer with filters (I used 'soop_auscpr_zoop_trajectory_map')
Find a String-type filter (I used 'vessel_name') in the list and click on the link to edit it
The name field is a required field but it had a value
Edit the filter e.g. checking/unchecking the checkbox
Try to save the filter
What does happen
Filter is not saved.
In FF I was seeing a message that says 'please fill out this field' (however it was not next to any of the form fields)
What should happen
You should be able to edit and save the filter if none of the required fields are empty
