Support ncWMS layers using elevation and ?other? dimensions apart from time #134

Current AODN portal currently supports ncWMS layers containing dimensions other than time.

In particular - for data products/CARS layers (at least) its possible to select the elevation for which data is to be displayed on the map AND used for the transect option.
