Clear filter button not visible in standard size info tab #214

on IE8 and firefox

Steps to reproduce:

Add layer from tree of Argo floats, go to filter tab

What should happen:

Should be able to see clear filter cross button

What does happen:

Can only see half the button

This is still apparent on Rc on both IE8 and Firefox

I'm sure I mentioned this in another incarnation of this issue, but I don't particularly like the clear filter buttons. A single 'Clear Filters' button at the bottom would be more intuitive than the 'x' buttons against each filter. It's not obvious what they do - if you can see them at all.
