auto zoom limited to not fully zoom out #896

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select a data collection that spans most of the globe (e.g. IMOS SOOP-Sea Surface Temperature (SST) Sub-facility - Near real-time data).
  2. On step 2 check the "Auto zoom to data collection extent" box.

What happens:

  1. Zooms to the middle of the Indian Ocean

What is expected:

  1. Zooms out so that you can the entire data collection

This could not be repeated and may have been addressed by other changes.
