Unavailable Layer Can Be Added To Map Via Search Results #9

Kate Reid:

Search for layers that have been marked as inactive or black listed.

The option to add to the map appears in the results and leads to the tiles all being filled with a Java exception.

To re-create:

1) Go to "Search" tab 2) Search for "SOOP Continuous Plankton", Map Layers Only 3) Click "Select Layer" icon 4) Select "SOOP CPR Zooplankton..."

Unavailable layers can still be added to the map - but the instead of showing "Exception trace" tiles, tiles are blank, and the user will be notified of the error via the details panel.
