Time filter in step 2 clears when switching between layers #975

Steps to reproduce: Add Argo and SOOP_SST layers. Go to step 2, add a time filter on one of the layers (I put the filter on Argo). Switch to SOOP and then back to Argo

Expected behaviour: Time filter state remains after switch

Observed behaviour: Time filter state clears after the switch

Issue is resolved, most likely by https://github.com/aodn/aodn-portal/pull/979
