I say, lets get rid of Spatial Search, rather than waste another week trying to figure out what's going on there.
The same request is working on portal-123. Tommy has fixed most of the layers before he left.
The question is why the spatial search does not work on portal-rc?
Dan, I do not think we can get rid of Spatial search until we have a proper solution in place.
@smancini I know. However, It'll be interesting to see how much time the dev team is going to spend/waste in order to solve this problem.
In the process of replacing spatial search so Dave said we could close that issue.
I am seeing in [Portal Build Info] Base URL: http://portal-rc.aodn.org.au/imos123 Build date: 16/04/2014 16:35 Version: 3.21.0-rc3 Instance name: IMOS Environment: prerelease
This issue was originally reported by Seb as issue 1007 I have now logged it in here as it is a confirguration issue as the issue last time was SOOP layers amongst others were not being indexed due to lacking feature_type_request_class configuration.
Steps to Reproduce 1 - Select Temperature of the water body 2 - Create a bounding box as shown on the attached image
What I expect to happen List of search results should include more metadata records. In my example I am missing the XBT, SOOP-TRV, SOOP-SST layers.
What does happen Only a few layers are displayed in the search results like Argo or CARS layers but none of the SOOP layers.
