Not sure what is up with SOOP_TRV, but it fails to process, that's for sure. Another side effect is bloating up the DB completely:

MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF UGRENTLY

I have stopped processing of SOOP_TRV files. The schema will also need a diet.

Seems like https://github.com/aodn/harvesters/issues/344 fixed this issue. It is still reprocessing but looks much better.
