nagios layer checks failing #315

There is some issue with the configuration of several layers in production geoserver as reported by Nagios:

Had a brief chat with @xhoenner and he identified a geoserver-config configuration being the cause.

@gsatimos the two aodn_nsw_oeh layers fail because the underlying pipeline hasn't been developed, best to chat to @mhidas in this regard. @ggalibert may be responsible for the bathy_deakin layer, not sure about the worldland.

About the bathy_ppb_deakin_map, this layer cannot be tested on geoserver since it uses the generic_timestep harvester (just like any other satellite ghrsst layer for example).

Can Nagios be configured to ignore it or should the name of the layer not include "_map"?

thanks. i'll discuss this with @lwgordonimos
