SRS SST - sea ice fraction available but not discoverable #379

srs ghrsst dataset includes sea ice fraction data in the netcdf. We should be able to find it on step 1, as well as plot it on step 2 http://thredds.aodn.org.au/thredds/dodsC/IMOS/SRS/SST/ghrsst/L3C-1dS/day/n19/2018/20180101051000-ABOM-L3C_GHRSST-SSTskin-AVHRR19_D-1d_day_Southern.nc.html as discussed with @xhoenner

You'd need to make sure an IMOS param vocab exists for it and is included in the metadata record.

probably more some work for @atkinsn . I have no idea how to do this

I can add this to Poolparty and then afterwards add it to the metadata record.

However the bigger question is I need to know who is looking after the naming of the terms in the data parameter vocab now - I am not a data scientist, and it needs to be one person to provide a consistent approach rather than a group effort. @smancini @ggalibert ?????

And we need new terms to cover this in the category vocab too.
