Portal links with UUID in metadata records include old url to portal #382

For example for IMOS - ACORN - Coffs Harbour HF ocean radar site (New South Wales, Australia) - Real-time sea water velocity In the Supplementary Resources from Info tab on Step 2 of the portal, we have the following link:

View and download data though the AODN Portal which points to https://imos.aodn.org.au/imos123/home?uuid=82bc6673-c9cb-4afc-8b5d-0e65b097bfdc while it should be https://portal.aodn.org.au/search?uuid=82bc6673-c9cb-4afc-8b5d-0e65b097bfdc .

We need to replace imos.aodn.org.au by portal.aodn.org.au.

This change can be automated.
