SOOP-SST data - invalid float for geospatial_lon_min #392

The following ships in the SOOP-SST data sometimes holds wrong metadata information:

'VMQ9273_Solander', 'VNCF_Cape-Ferguson', 'VRZN9_Pacific-Celebes'

The "geospatial_lon_min" is invalid , usually a "**".

Can we have a more detailed look at the whole file, collect info about any inconsistency or problem with compliance and then contact the data producer?

Goes to a bigger problem across all datasets that are not compliant/consistent.
