Reduntant '(s)' at the end of some Step 2 filters #4

Data collections: eg. IMOS SOOP-Sea Surface Temperature (SST) Sub-facility - Near real-time data, IMOS - Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) Facility

Under 'Subset' tab, there are options to eg. "Select only data with air temperature(s)", "Select only data with earth-relative wind direction(s)". The (s) on the end of parameters is redundant.

@pblain n this is a Dev team config issue the filter panel default is to for some reason put an 's' on the end of every boolean filter description it's not something that can be set/changed in the edit filters configuration

Fixed as aodn/aodn-portal#1176 (not in prod yet)
