NRT radar products not uploaded to thredds #411

NRT HF radar netcdf data from the UWA server do not seem to appear or be uploaded to the thredds portal. I can see them on the ftp incoming directory but they are stuck there and not uploaded

Our infrastructure has been facing some problems recently. We're trying to fix them asap.
