SRS OC migration to generic schema [follow up]

All SRS OC gridded files have to be pushed back to the incoming directory in order to be harvested by the generic timestamp harvester

1) list all files on S3 and push them back to the pipeline (product by product) 2) replace old geoserver layers with new SQL layer (and new store) 3) delete srs_oc schema and harvester

1. list all files on S3 and push them back to the pipeline (product by product) -> All Robert Johnson products are being re-ingested into generic schema/harvester

2. TODO:

   • merge https://github.com/aodn/geoserver-config/pull/671/files
   • remove other layers such as Robert Johnson layers from this store. + delete srs_oc store
   • create new robert johson layers using the generic harvester/store
