Discrepancies between S3 and DB - Manly Hydraulics waverider files #497

The MHL collection consist of 119 files on S3, but 70 of these files have been unharvested from the DB. There is no trace of a manual deletion in the logs, nor trace of the deletion in the talend logs.

This issue is very similar to https://github.com/aodn/content/issues/494 , which means it is the second time we notice these inconstencies.

Only an audit of the files on S3 and of the indexed files could determine the extend of this problem.

The files have been succesfully reharvested in the DB. Closing
