Certain files accessed by the harvester running on prod (9-nsp-mel) have permissions issues. See example below:
Exception while processing /mnt/ebs/talend/data/soop_tmv_nrt/zipped/EPA_SOOP_TMV1_DEV_20131007184610.zip
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /mnt/imos-t4/IMOS/public/SOOP/TMV/VLST_Spirit-of-Tasmania-1/realtime/mooring/10secs/EPA_SOOP_TMV1_DEV_20131007184610.log (Permission denied)
All of the files with permission issues on imos-t4 have no defined owner and group. Files that are accessed successfully have owner talend and group talend.
Also, harvester runs successfully on RC (14-nsp-mel). All files on RC have owner tomcat7 and group talend.
