By default the viewport will be around Australia, if you click the magnifying glass it'll zoom out to show the entire collection. BTW, this data is sort of out of our control - it's coming from CSIRO NcWMS server.
@danfruehauf I am not sure you have read my issue correctly. The collection still does now display correctly, even when you zoom out to show the entire collection. I have attached 2 images, the first which shows the collection as it first appears, and the second to illustrate that zooming out does not alleviate the issue.
Ohhhh, I see that.
I think that might actually be a portal bug rather than a content issue then.
I've sent Pete an email asking him to ask Edward King to restart the server as they are running quite slow to load too and then if that doesn't fix this issue look at moving it to aodn-portal or should we just move it over there now @danfruehauf ?
I thought it's a portal bug where tiles are not displayed beyond the international date time line, but it's not. It looks like it specifically happens only with this data. Other time slices for the same data collection load well and display for the whole world.
This data is coming from CSIRO, so we can't do much about it. I think Edward King maintains it.
seems to work fine now
Looking at the "SRS Satellite Contributed Ocean Colour - SeaWIFS Chlorophyll Concentration in the Southern Ocean: Weekly, Johnson et al 2013" data collection on the 123 Portal is not displaying a full set of data encircling the globe. The date first displayed is 11/12/10 (the most recent date), and only displays data around Australia. This might lead the user to surmise that the collection has only a limited geographic range. This was seen in firefox.
