Allow aggregation date/time to be used in aggregated dataset global attributes #218

This issue relates to the new version of GoGoDuck being tested in portal-sandbox.aodn.org.au:

To reproduce

Request a NetCDF aggregation (GoGoDuck) for an Acorn collection

What happens

the date_created attribute is set to the date_created attribute in the first file added to the aggregation

What I expect to happen

GoGoDuck can be configured to use the aggregation date/time for the date_created attribute
