IMOS Feature Request: Add CTD profile support for RBR #161

WA would like to ba able to process RBR CTD profiles as they are used as back 
ups for Seabirds CTD.

Done. However at the moment RBR cannot be processed following Ingleton's 
post-processing document by using Seabird software so those files are not IMOS 
compliant.
