hot-fix Release 2.6.3, closes #604,#605,#608 #609

Another hot-fix release. Please merge asap.

Usually, there are four things to verify before any hot-fix or stable release:

  1. All tests pass (I made sure, but there will be a master script to test everything quickly soon).
  2. The respective binaries, Java/ddb.jar, and imosToolbox.m are updated.
  3. The stand-alone binaries can open a GUI, load a file, show plots (Timeseries/Depth profile), do QC (QC button), and show metadata (metadata button).
  4. toolbox version should be correct (Metadata table in the stand-alone app should show version - here 2.6.3)
