fix: bump version to 2.6.4 in all binaries, closes #605 #611

Previous 2.6.3 included wrongly copied win binaries.

Since I also pushed the tag, rolling back is not an option. Hence, a new version bump is required.

I think I ended all the possibilities of making a wrong release this time.
