The data-tip toolbar button is missing since the 2.6 branch release. Previously, the button was available to the end-user.

Requirements:

[ ] Revisit the way we enable/disable toolbar buttons. (This is the third issue related to the new version of Matlab breaking UI related functionality).
[ ] re-enable the data-tip button.
