check DEPTH against NOMINAL_DEPTH interaction broken #646

From mark snell:

In the “check DEPTH against NOMINAL_DEPTH” window I can’t select an area for processing. Normally I hold down the left mouse button and select an area but now when I do that it drags the whole image around.
