Autoqc comments, closes #545 #690

This branch adds a new dropdown menu UI element to the manualQC popup window to allow the operator to add predefined comments to the QC.

This works via a predefined list of comments, which the user may add in AutomaticQC/manualQCPredefinedComments.txt. Some examples are provided.
