Allow bulk import of arbitrary files in the UI

Bulk importing need some improvements both within the DB interface and without. For example, users may need to import an IMOS deployment from FV00/FV01 netcdf files, or load multiple CTD profiles in one go (using the DB).

Alternatively, in https://github.com/aodn/imos-toolbox/issues/694, one may need to load several files to be able to compare with several parameters.

• [ ] Review bulk loading CTD profiles (with/without DB).
• [ ] Allow import of a list of files, by multi-selection on the file explorer UI popup (with/without DB).
• [ ] Allow the same parser to be used for all the selected files.
