One feature-request in the workshop day is to permit users to quickly view which data points were flagged and why. This is useful when re-processing.

[ ] Collect QC tests any manualQC comments into a useful structure.
[ ] Provide a window with a plot with hovering tooltips to show the flagged data and the reason why and/or
[ ] Provide a window to display a list of the QCs/manualQC markings and comments.
