@bpasquer do you know why the RLS layers aren't available anymore?
The RLS layer the code is pointing to have been decommissioned. The decommissioning was one of the outcome of a project aiming at consolidating the RLS dataset with two similar Australian dataset, namely the Ambient Temperate Reef Collaboration and Parks Victoria. RLS data are now available from the IMOS Geoserver at: https://geoserver-123.aodn.org.au/geoserver/ Data from the layer 'rls:RLS_REEF_FISH_map' and 'rls:RLS_REEF_FISH_DATA' are published in 'imos:ep_m1_public_map' and 'imos:ep_m1_public_data' respectively.
Thanks, I was able to fetch the map data from, imos:ep_m1_public_map
and plot this.
But the imos:ep_m1_public_data
is not in the list. The only options are:
['aodn:aodn_dsto_trajectory_data',
'aodn:aodn_wamsi_sediment_data',
'imos:aus_chla_db_data',
'imos:csiro_data',
'imos:imos_data',
'imos:marvl3_atlas_data',
'imos:marvl3_raw_data',
'imos:wod_data',
'aodn:JBmeteorological_data',
'aodn:JBoceanographic_data',
'aodn:bluenet_datasets_capricorn_channel',
'aodn:bluenet_datasets_indian_ocean',
'aodn:bluenet_datasets_leeuwin_current',
'aodn:bluenet_datasets_new_caledonian_basin',
'aodn:bluenet_datasets_southern_indian_ocean',
'aodn:sediment_data_wistari_reef',
'aodn:cleveland_bay_data',
'aodn:sediment_data_broken_bay_to_abyssal_plain',
'aodn:new_south_wales_coastal_data',
'aodn:south_australian_coastal_data',
'aodn:spencer_gulf_oceanographic_data']`
Not quite sure you are not seeing the data layer. @lbesnard may comment on that.
Hi,
I'm trying to run the RLS example notebook https://github.com/aodn/imos-user-code-library/blob/master/Python/notebooks/RLS_STAARS_example.ipynb
The WMS entries:
No longer exist in the catalog list being returned from WMS.
I can see the Reef Life Survey in the AODN web portal. Has the catalog name changed? Is so, which one is it:
