Add Actinopteri as a valid M1 class #1129

It seems Actinopterygii has been updated to Actinopteri in WoRMS, and as a result all new WoRMS-ingested species are being stored with the class "Actinopteri". Can we please add Actinopteri as a valid M1 Class for the endpoints.
