Add execution line and for it to run with pgsql #1300

You will not be able to run the sql from intellj which is intended. Please use psql and execute the sql from the same folder as CreateMiscAncillaryObjects.sql

I believe this is due to some data added manually on local db, please restore the db from production dump and I add some comments to the file to assist your run.

Also I notices a bug in the ordering of the sql and fixed, please refresh the branch
