https://libstc.cc/ appears dead. I am located in Belgium, but through VPN I have tried Germany, France, the UK, the US etc to no avail.

If you are having issues with nexus itself, please report it in telegram as I don't manage nexus. I am located in US and am having no issues accessing libstc.cc.
