Unlock account doesn'twork #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable unlock account feature
2. Set challenge request to email token only
3. Lock your test account (lockedByIntruder=true)
4. Try to unlock using pwm Forgotten password

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After providing email token, unlock page is shown but trying to unlock requires 
again to input another email token

What version of PWM are you using?
1.5.5

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Novell eDirectory

This is probably fixed in the svn trunk.  Can you try the latest code from SVN 
and see if its resolved?  If your not familiar with svn, I can post a build to 
download.

Doesn't work on trunk neither.
After disabling "Require Email Token" and enabling "Require Responses" unlock 
works

Fixed in svn revision 255.  Please reopen if you find this bug again.
