Email attribute validator problem #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure a user attribute of type email without setting it required
2. Update user attributes leaving email field empty

What is the expected output?
Validator should allow empty email
What do you see instead?
Validator doesn't allow empty email

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.4 devbuild 1036
