add metadata fields

at least we should include:

• experimenter (who is running the experiment)
• experiment (what is the name of the experiment)
• session (what learning series are you running, for example)

the ecube feature should ideally be able to add its own metadata fields for channel mapping purposes, but if not, we could include optional metadata for that as well
