[x] convert LTH converter to javascript using jsweet
[ ] tune output on AllenNLP constituency parse to match LTH 2008 parser
[ ] integrate Guru question generation/movement logic using this syntax and lemminflect

Closing as won't do/not viable. The converters, etc, are not sufficient for obtaining the needed information.
