Define a meta file for each page

Each page can have a metafile that defines:

• the template used

If no metafile is defined, sane defaults are used.

The meta file is a yaml file:

    template: index       <-- [A-Za-z0-9]
    title: the title           <-- if the first h1 is not good enough (for <title> and navigation)
    outdated language: <-- list to be filled when new content is added; items get removed when translation is ok
