[x] copy the plugin from last year's site

there seems to be problems doing checkboxes with our old copy of gravity forms. i'll look into it. if somebody wants to pay for an update of the plugin we can also go that way.

possible alternatives:

http://wordpress.org/plugins/visual-form-builder/ (looks ok to me)
http://wpninjas.net/plugins/ninja-forms/ (sadly, no file uploads)
http://www.deliciousdays.com/cforms-plugin/ (does not seem to have an interface for editing the entries in wordpress)
http://wordpress.org/plugins/si-contact-form/ (contact form, no interface for editing interfaces)
http://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-forms/ (looks ok at first sight)

i think that i could fix gravity form by patching the gravity forms' js.php file:

line 2647:

jQuery("#field_settings").appendTo(".field_selected").tabs("select", 0);
jQuery("#field_settings").appendTo(".field_selected").tabs("option", 0);

please, try if it works for you now!

btw, i still would prefer if we could ditch the two non-free plugins we have installed.

i've imported the 2013 forms into the 2014 site.
