Python 3 support #1

This brings things to a point where Python 3 works just the same as Python 2, which is to say, it doesn't really. But it no longer crashes due to incorrect Py3 calls.

The remaining crash is probably due to the Python scripts importing Qt4 when Scribus is using Qt5. I'm guessing they can't be used simultaneously.
