If the Script Console was turned into palette, it could be neatly docked to the side/bottom without floating around.

interesting idea.

nowadays, most users have a window manager with tiling capabilities, and it's very easy to have scribus and a text editor side by side.

having a "script" (with a run and an help button) toolbar would help...
